DriftDesk Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility: Customers are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a refund, the DriftDesk product must be in its original condition and packaging.
  2. Process for Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, customers must contact DriftDesk via [email address/contact form] with their order number and reason for the refund request.
  3. Refund Processing: Upon receipt of the returned product, DriftDesk will inspect it and notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer’s credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
